Cancellation policy
Free cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge within 48 hours of making it, provided the booking was made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Partial refund: If you cancel up to 30 days before the local check-in date, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid.
No refund for late cancellations: For cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, the full booking amount is due and no refund will be issued, unless the apartment can be successfully re-rented for that period.

Holiday destination
Admittedly, it is hard to tear yourself away from your apartment at Villa Alpenrausch in the morning when the peaks of the Watzmann and Grünstein tower right outside your balcony. Yet, venturing outdoors is well worth it—Schönau am Königssee and the Berchtesgadener Land region are among the most beautiful parts of the Bavarian Alps. Summer offers boat trips across the Königssee to the pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä, alongside hiking trails to suit every ability level—ranging from gentle alpine paths to the challenging Watzmann traverse for experienced mountaineers. In winter, the Jenner has transformed into a family-friendly mountain destination, featuring a toboggan run, winter hiking paths, and snowshoe trails instead of traditional downhill ski slopes. Villa Alpenrausch is just minutes away from the Jennerbahn cable car and the Königssee—ideal starting points for your holiday in Berchtesgaden.
Getting there
By car, take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg, exit at Bad Reichenhall, and continue via Berchtesgaden to Schönau am Königssee. You will find Villa Alpenrausch at Waldhauserstraße 29. Each apartment comes with its own parking space.
By train, travel to Berchtesgaden Central Station (Hbf). From there, take the bus to the "Schönklinik" stop; the villa is just a two-minute walk away.
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM; contactless check-in via a key safe is possible upon request. You will receive the code prior to your arrival. I am always available should you have any questions while en route or if you are arriving late. Check-out on the day of departure is by 10:00 AM.
