"Tons of holiday happiness" in the holiday region Lungau-Mariapfarr, in the sunny south of the Salzburger country.
The Lungau with its 15 corporations, is located 1000m above sea level in between the "Radstädter Tauern" and the "Nock Mountains".
There are plenty of activities in the summer as in the winter.
Some activites in the summer are: A big offer on mountaineering, hiking, climbing, NordicWalking, bicycling, mountainbiking, golfing, fishing, swimming and many more.
Some activities in the winter are: skiing in 5 different ski areas all in immediate proximity, conveniently situated by the free bus for skiers, cross-country skiing, ski tours, snowshoe hiking, horse-drawn sleigh, ice skating, German curling and sledging.
Just ideal conditions for all who want to spend their vacation active or for those who want to unwind.

Motorway/freeway Munich-Salzburg, Tauernautobahn/Tauernmotorway (A10) until exit St. Michael or at the B99 above Obertauern - Mariapfarr (Fanning)
From the East:
Vienna - Semmering - Leoben - Unzmarkt - Murau - Ramingstein - Tamsweg - Mariapfarr (Fanning) or above the Westautobahn (A1) and after that as above
From the South:
Udine - Autostrada - Tarviso - Villach - tunnel of Katschberg - Exit St. Michael - Mauterndorf - Mariapfarr (Fanning)

Bereits seit 2 Jahrzehnten fahren wir immer wieder in den Lungau. Als begeisterte Skifahrer finden wir hier alles was das Herz begehrt. Traumhafte Skipisten, gemütliche Hütten, ausgezeichnete, bezahlbare Gastronomie.
Nicht zu vergessen die Unterkunft. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Perfekt ausgestattet mit Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, SAT-TV, einem großen Bad, 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einem großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit riesiger Couch - ein Traum. Als Service, kann man jeden Tag sich frische Semmeln direkt an die Wohnungstür liefern lassen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit in der Wohnung und auch die vielen Ablage und Staumöglichkeiten. Auch die nächsten Jahre werden wir hier wieder vorbeischauen.
