Holiday destination
Deutschnofen is located at an altitude of 1,359 meters. The high plateau is situated in the south of South Tyrol and is nestled within the mountain range of the western Dolomites - since 2009 a part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage. The Sciliar, Rosengarten, Marmolada, Latemar, and Zanggen, as well as the Black and White Horns, frame the landscape.
In winter, the nearby ski area Obereggen/Latemar, just 10 km away, invites you to engage in sports activities. There are also many opportunities in the area for cross-country skiers, tobogganing enthusiasts, or nature lovers.
Getting there
Take the Bozen Nord exit off the A 22 motorway,
turn right onto the state road towards Bozen,
after about 800 meters, take the right exit into Eggental,
At the roundabout, always follow the signs for Eggental-Deutschnofen for about 25km,
At the entrance to Deutschnofen at the roundabout, turn right - follow the signs for Unterkoflhof.

Wir haben uns so gut gefühlt, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt um 2 Tage spontan verlängert haben. Und das trotz schlechtes Wetter.
Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht , was sehr selten ist , so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte.
Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel, auch das Schlafsofa.
Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Luft einfach fantastisch.
Es fahren fast kein Auto auf der Straße, so dass man ganz bequem direkt vom Bauernhof spazieren gehen kann.

Eine kurze Erholung vom anstrengenden Alltag hatten wir geplant - und nicht nur Erholung, sondern tolle Eindrücke von dem beginnenden Frühling in den Alpen mitgenommen. Direkt von der Wohnung aus lange Wanderungen, Ausblick auf Rosengarten und Latemar (besonders schön ist der Ausblick von der drei Minuten oberhalb des Hofs liegenden Kapelle St. Agathe) - und das bei aufmerksamen und und sehr netten Gastgebern. Ein Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket - sogar mit Milch und Eiern von den Kühen und Hühnern des Hofs.
Der Hof liegt etwas außerhalb Deutschnofens (15 Minuten zu Fuß) und dadurch ist es wunderbar ruhig und still.
Die Wanderungen für einen längeren Aufenthalt auf dem Unterkoflhof spuken schon in unseren Köpfen herum!
