Cancellation policy
If the tenant terminates the contract early without naming a replacement tenant who fulfills this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation. Cancellation before the start of the rental period
- up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
- less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The landlord is simultaneously making efforts to find a replacement tenant as well. The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the time the notice of termination is received by the landlord.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, the full rental price must be paid.

Ein fantastisches Naturerlebnis, ein zugefrorenes Stettiner Haff, ein tolles Haus mit originalgetreu restaurierten Details, einem edlen Kachelofen, eine schnuckelige Sauna und sehr freundliche und großzügige Gastgeber. Holz für den Ofen, massenhaft Handtücher und Bademäntel, tolle Bettwäsche und Betten, alles sehr komfortabel und inklusive. Herzlichen Dank für den äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt Liebe Frau und lieber Herr Stemkowitz

Wunderbar ruhige weitläufige Gegend. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir nur den Korkenzieher nicht finden konnten. Alles sauber und stetig renoviert. Sehr zu empfehlen.
