Ein schönes, altes Haus. Innen sehr geräumig mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Der Wintergarten ist wunderbar für die Abende. Der Garten erschien uns erst sehr klein, nach einer Eingewöhnung empfanden wir ihn als sehr gemütlich und nicht einsehbar. Üppiges Grün mit Strilitzie, Hibiskus, Palme..
Das Haus liegt nah am Marktplatz und seinen vielen Cafés.
Der Mail Kontakt mit Alexander, dem Vermieter, war immer schnell und zuverlässig.

Schönes Haus mit Garten und Wintergarten. Gemütlich eingerichtet, alles da was man so braucht. Minisupermarkt nur wenige Meter entfernt, Ponchabar, Supermarkt und Pizzeria fussläufig durch die Siedlung gut erreichbar. Netter, ursprünglicher Stadtteil von Calheta. Unkomplizierte Übergabe und Rückgabe der Schlüssel. Vermieter hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben wir nicht gebraucht, da alles in Ordnung und gut organisiert war. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
