Der Garten ist klein, bietet aber einen schönen Blick auf die Pferdeweiden (außer rechts vom Haus).
Es wird nicht angegeben, dass sich direkt neben dem Haus und rechts hinter dem Haus Ställe und Baracken befinden.
Toiletten und Treppen verursachen viel Lärm.
Treppen zum Dachboden sind gefährlich.
Das Haus ist nicht kinderfreundlich, da die Treppe zum Keller nicht geschlossen werden kann. Auch die Treppen zum Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss verfügen über kein Kinderschutzgitter. Auch für Kleinkinder sind die Höhenunterschiede mit Stufen gefährlich.
Die Küche ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Zu teuer.
