Das Haus ist alt, und ich glaube nicht, dass heutzutage noch etwas repariert wird. Die Toilette läuft ständig, die Wasserhähne tropfen, die Türen sind schief. Manche Betten waren in Ordnung, andere weniger. Von Hygiene konnte man da wirklich nicht sprechen; die 200 Rubel Reinigungsgebühr scheinen dafür nicht verwendet zu werden. Die Küche war dreckig, überall lagen benutzte Putzlappen herum, Staub überall; der Toilettensitz war sauber, aber der Rest?
Der Vermieter ist freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende; es lag etwas Schnee, sodass die Kinder viel SpaÃ_x009f_ hatten.

Zunächst schien alles in Ordnung, doch nach unserem Besuch erhielten wir vom Vermieter eine Rechnung über 75 Euro für die Reinigung. Wir hatten das Haus vor unserer Abreise selbst gereinigt, und es war bei unserer Ankunft nicht vollständig sauber. Der Vermieter drohte, eine Beschwerde bei Belvilla einzureichen, falls wir die Kosten nicht umgehend begleichen würden, und zeigte sich diesbezüglich sehr ungeduldig. Der Aufenthalt selbst war in Ordnung, der anschlieÃ_x009f_ende Kontakt mit dem Vermieter jedoch unangenehm.
