Hallo liebes Team von belvilla,
wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.
Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt und für Hundehalter ideal.
Auch der schöne umzäunte Garten haben wir trotz Winterzeit
sehr oft genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Staubsauger könnte etwas stärker sein, aber man kommt damit
klar. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Zu dem
Preis so ein Ferienhaus zu finden, wird schwer. Wir waren voll auf zufrieden und haben das Haus auch schon für Mai dieses Jahres
gebucht. Frankreich ist eben ein hundefreundliches Land. Auch der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Unsere Schulnote ist eine 1 !!!
Die Mitarbeiter der Hotline von belvilla sollten dagegen noch an ihren
Deutschsprachkenntnissen arbeiten. Zu einem Kunden zu sagen, wir
wissen nicht, ob das so erledigt werden kann, geht gar nicht. Wir haben uns dann selber darum gekümmert und Dank des freundlichen Hausbesitzers war es innerhalb kürzester Zeit erledigt. Das nennen
wir Kundenservice erster Klasse !!!
