Holiday destination
You can easily reach the lake and the restaurant "Seehäusl" in about 5 minutes on foot.
A 10 minute bike ride to Cheiming, where there are bakeries, butchers, village shops, post, doctor, various shops, hairdresser, pubs, bike rentals, beach with sailing and surfing school and rental, mini golf, petrol station...and the tourist information office.
In 8 minutes by car you reach the Hotel Ising with an excellent restaurant, beautiful spa, riding options or the golf course.
In 30 minutes you can be in Salzburg or Rosenheim.

Im Ferienhaus Gustl gibt es nichts, was es nicht gibt. Wir waren von der wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mehr als begeistert. Bis ins kleinste Detail hat Frau Karrasch ihr Domizil liebevoll ausgestattet. Frau Karrasch hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und uns bei allen Belangen sehr herzlich unterstützt. Es war eine Woche Traumurlaub in einer wunderschön gelegenen Gegend, ca. 2 km vom Chiemsee entfernt. Zum Ort Chieming waren es ca. 30 Gehminuten. Ob mit dem Schiff zur Fraueninsel oder mit dem Auto zu einer Bergalm, ist alles sehr gut und schnell von Stöttham erreichbar. Aus diesen Gründen gibt es von uns fünf Daumen nach oben, mehr, schöner, besser geht nicht! Nochmal herzlich Dank für diese schöne Woche Frau Karrasch. LG Kerstin und Stefan aus Oberfranken

Das Gustl ist ein wunderschönes, liebevoll gestaltetes Ferienhaus, in dem es einem an nichts mangelt. Wir haben uns sofort heimisch gefühlt. Frau Karrasch ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat und auch zwischendurch immer mal wieder geguckt hat, ob es uns gut geht oder ob wir Fragen haben. Gastfreundschaft pur! Wir durften sogar Johannisbeeren und Gemüse aus dem Garten nehmen, was uns als Stadtmenschen natürlich besonders gut gefallen hat. Die Nähe zum Chiemsee und die wunderschöne Natur drum herum machen das Gustl zu einem perfekten Urlaubsdomizil.
