- South: The Pont du Gard, Nimes 50 km: arena. The Camargue in less than an hour. The Mediterranean Sea and beaches of Grau du Roi, Saintes-Maries de la Mer, Grande Motte: 90 kms. Very easy to go for the day.

Wir sind schon viel in der Welt herumgekommen und kennen viele Unterkünfte in unterschiedlichsten Kulturen.
Was Gilles hier anbietet, war eine der TOP Unterkünfte. Das Haus fast neu, handwerklich perfekt gebaut mit einem sehr hohen Ausstattungsniveau und viel Platz. Der Pool hat uns die bis 40 °C heiße Jahreszeit erträglich gemacht, die Bowl-Bahn wurde bei Sonnenuntergang genutzt. Die Klimaanlage ist leise, die Küche üppig ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt ruhig in den Weinbergen mit wunderbarem Ausblick ins Tal, völlig ruhig. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind in der Nähe.
Dazu gibt Gilles eine Führung über das Weingut und erklärt seine speziellen sehr leckeren Weine.
Wir waren mit Hund dort und konnten wunderbare Spaziergänge in die Umgebung machen.

Die Aufteilung des sehr großzügig konzipierten Ferienhauses ist ideal für einen gemeinsamen Urlaub von mehreren Familien, oder so wie in unserem Fall von drei Generationen. Jedes Paar/jede Familie hat einen komplett separaten Schlafbereich mit Bad und WC. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume sind sehr wohnlich eingerichtet und äußerst geräumig. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster in allen Räumen ist es zudem überall sehr schön hell. Es hat uns auch sehr gefallen, dass die Küche so gut ausgestattet und auch das Geschirr für so viele Personen reichlich vorhanden war. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Le Baranier
