Ski: Winterberg has the most guaranteed snowfall in North Rhine Westphalia and is the heart of the Wintersport-Arena Sauerland, selected as the best ski region of the German "Mittelgebirge" (Central Uplands) by Ski Magazine. Winterberg is a sports city with an international reputation. Far beyond its borders, national and international sports venues stand or activity, movement and high quality winter sports offerings. Where top athletes achieve top performances - experience winter sport and fun in the fun sport metropolis north of the Alps! In the Winterberg holiday world there is a ninety percent probability of snow coverage of ten centimetres or more from January and February. Over 75 percent of the total precipitation in the winter falls as snow. In order to further enhance this inherently high snow guarantee, the lift operators have invested in the expansion of the snow-making equipment. Around 100 snow generators conjure up the finest snow from pure, clean water for optimal snow coverage.
Playing golf in Winterberg and the surrounding area:
The Winterberg 9-hole golf course is located in an almost pristine natural landscape. And this "half round" packs a punch. Numerous sloping positions distinguish the special level of difficulty. But there are also enough easy practice opportunities for beginners. Mighty, old trees surround the fairway. Golfers can enjoy the impressive view of the Sauerland mountain landscape from many points. A natural stream is not only visually appealing, but also interferes with the game on multiple holes. You don't exactly have to be a professional in order to play here.
Golf course in Schmallenberg-Winkhausen (approx. 20 km away):
Situated on a mountain plateau at an altitude between 420 m and 470 m above NN, this panoramic complex offers golfing pleasure at its finest. Dreamlike views of the Hunau- and Rothaargebirge, an excellently maintained course designed in harmony with nature as well as the sporty and warm atmosphere are trademarks of this facility.
In addition to this 18-hole championship course, the following is available:

Das Haus ist echt toll. Sehr gut ausgestattet.
Insgesamt perfekt.
Anreise, Abreise reibungslos und unkompliziert.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden jetzt auch zu Verfügung gestellt.
Kleiner Kritikpunkt, im oberen Bereich fehlt vielleicht ein bis zwei Spiegel, oder ein Ganzkörper Spiegel und / oder kleiner ( 7 Mädels....sage ich nur )
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Wir waren 3 erwachsene und 5 Teenagern hier. Alles sauber und und komplett. Wenn du Ski fahren möchtest liegt das Haus nur eine kurze Strecke beim Fuß von die Pisten.
