Fenster nicht geputzt, Wasseramartur vom Whirlpool defekt, Gardinen nicht gewaschen. Waschmaschine absolut ungünstig, man kann die Tür nur einen Minispalt öffnen (der Architekt hat hier scheinbar völlig gepennt mit Wasseranschluss für die Waschmaschie und Toilette in derselben Ecke) Belvilla nach Vetragsabschluss nicht mehr erreichbar, nur eine KI ohne Lösung des Problems, versteckte Kosten, da über DanCenter weiter abgewickelt wurde (höhere Endreinigungsgebühr, Vorab Pauschale für Strom und Wasser). Eigentlich wollte ich gar keine Bewertung machen und damit abschlieÃ_x009f_en aber ich werde andauernd genervt per Email, das ich eine Bewertung abgeben soll. Ich würde hier nicht mehr buchen, zumindest nicht über Belvilla.
