Das Haus liegt toll mit direktem Blick aufs Meer.
ABER als wir in das Haus kamen, war der Boden voll mit Sand, es war Sand in einem Bett, der Esstisch klebte, das Geschirr war teilweise dreckig, es lagen benutzte Backbleche samt Backpapier im Backofen, usw. Eine Reklamation beim Hausverwalter lief ins Leere. Zuerst wurde behauptet, das seien normale Gebrauchsspuren. Dann hieÃ_x009f_ es, wir hätten zu spät reklamiert. Als wir das widerlegt hatten, wurde plötzlich angeführt man hätte die Fotos, die wir als Beleg mitgeschickt hatten, nicht öffnen können. Als wir die Fotos in einem anderen Format schickten, ging das ganze wieder von Vorne los (mit der Behauptung das seien normale Gebrauchsspuren). Anscheinend haben die Mitarbeiter des Hausverwalters die Anweisung einfach alles abzuwimmeln.
Der Zustand des Hauses ist auch abgesehen von der Sauberkeit sehr schlecht. Von den Esstischstühlen sind nur noch sieben statt acht vorhanden. Bei den Stühlen für den AuÃ_x009f_enbereich konnten wir nur fünf finden. Die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind quasi unbenutzbar, weil das Kunstleder der Polster bröckelt und man nach dem Aufstehen von einer Schicht schwarzer Krümel überzogen ist. Die Fugen in der Dusche sind bis auf Augenhöhe schimmelig und teilweise so schwarz, dass man die ursprüngliche Fugenmasse gar nicht mehr sehen kann. Dass im Badezimmer keine Steckdose zum Rasieren vorhanden ist, ist da nur noch eine Kleinigkeit.
Wir haben uns so unwohl gefühlt, dass wir nach fünf Tagen bereits abgereist sind - das war bereits ein Kompromiss, weil wir nicht noch mehr Geld zum Fenster rauswerfen wollten durch eine noch frühere Abreise.
