Cancellation policy
No cancellation fees will be charged if the cancellation is made at least 35 days before the start of the rental period.
For cancellations between 34 and 21 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the total amount will be charged for administrative expenses.
For cancellations between 20 and 7 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
From the 6th day before the start of the rental period or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
There will be no re-imburesement in case of a early departure befor the end of the rental period.

The country house is located in an absolutely quiet area, surrounded by olive groves. The place is ideal for walking, cycling, jogging or just relaxing and unwinding.
In just a few minutes you can reach beautiful, unspoilt beaches with crystal clear water. Distances to the sea: as the crow flies 1.4 km, on foot or by bike approx. 2.3 km, by car approx. 2.6 km.
Getting there
The nearest airports are Brindisi (approx. 50 minutes) or Bari (just under 2 hours).
If arriving by car from the north or renting a car from Bari, take the motorway to Taranto, then take the country roads to Maruggio. From there, a narrow country road leads to the Cappella San Nicola del Ginocchio. From here, follow a gravelled road for about 500 m to the house.
If arriving by rental car from Brindisi, first drive to Maruggio, then continue as described above.

Wir haben eine lange Autofahrt auf uns genommen, um in der Casa Ulivo mit unseren zwei Hunden Urlaub zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist umwerfend, bestens ausgestattet und Tiptop sauber. Sie ist abgelegen mitten in einem Olivenhain, die Stimmung dort ist magisch. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber und der Betreuerin vor Ort ist stets zuvorkommend und herzlich! Der große Garten ist ein Paradies, vor allem unsere Malinoishündin war begeistert. Im kleinen Ort nebenan ist, wie in Italien üblich- erst abends etwas geboten. Das Meer ist ein absoluter Traum. Glasklar, wahnsinnig schöne Strände- lediglich die Straßen sind äußerst abenteuerlich.
Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem, der die Ruhe genießt, fernab vom Tourismustrubel und in das echte Italien eintauchen möchte.

Liebe Frau Lisa, vielen lieben Dank dass Sie unsere Gaeste in der CASA ULIVO waren und fuer die super nette Bewertung. Es freut uns sehr, dass Sie den Urlaub gemeinsam mit Ihrem Hund rundum geniessen konnten. Leider sind die Strassen in dieser Gegend in der Tat etwas abenteuerlich, aber das liegt leider ausserhalb unserer Einflusssphaere. Liebe Gruesse, Gerhard Rettenbacher

das Haus liegt mitten im Olivenhain , du kommst dir vor wie auf einer einsamen Insel, wunderschön, man kann vom Alltag abschalten und den Hund laufen lassen da das Grundstück mit einer Mauer umzäunt ist . Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt.
Nicht zu vergessen die absolute Fee Uschi , wenn man was benötigt oder Fragen , kein Problem, ist immer erreichbar.
Das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut wunderbar.
Das Casa Ulivio ist genau das ,wenn du Ruhe suchst wie wir .
Diesen Urlaub werden wir nicht vergessen, vielen Dank und wir kommen wieder
