Mangelhafte Unterstützung durch die Agentur; das Ferienhaus ist aufgrund der Dunkelheit und fehlender StraÃ_x009f_enbeleuchtung nicht zu finden. Bei der Ankunft war es kalt; die Heizung hätte angesichts der anreisenden Gäste bereits eingeschaltet sein können. Das Ferienhaus war nicht sauber; es war nicht gereinigt. Viel zu teuer für das Gebotene, und man musste für alles extra bezahlen. Wer die Bonuspunkte nicht erreichte, musste Strafen zahlen. Nicht empfehlenswert. Mit freundlichen GrüÃ_x009f_en

Es fehlten viele Spielgeräte für Kinder. Es gab zwei Fußballtore mit kaputten Netzen und ein Volleyballnetz. Der Pool war geschlossen, und im Hallenbad mussten wir Badehosen und Mundschutz tragen. Das Haus ist in Ordnung.
