Travellers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will be refunded 100% of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise they will not receive a refund. COVID19: If arrival is not possible because borders are closed, the payments made will be refunded or transferred to a new rental contract for the coming year.If the customer does not start the trip although arrival is possible, the above cancellation conditions apply.

Holiday destination
The beaches and the town of Roses are located below the mountain Mas Fumats (about 3 km) and can be reached in a few minutes by car. In Mas Fumats itself there is a bakery and a restaurant.
The Alt Empordá region offers u. a. A variety of water sports, but also hiking, golfing or horse riding in the Aiguamolls and Cap de Creus nature reserves are very popular.
Getting there
By plane: Girona airport about 50 km and Barcelona 160 km are accessible via the AP7 motorway.
Car: From Germany completely over the motorway until exit Roses (Sortida no.3).
Please keep in mind that the motorways in France charge tolls.

Trotz ordentlicher Verspätung bei der Anreise aufgrund von mehreren Staus auf der Strecke konnten wir auch spät am Tag noch einchecken und bekamen das komplette Haus gezeigt. Hier war alles super sauber, das Haus ist top ausgestattet und auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Spülmaschinen Tabs sind vorhanden.
Das Haus selber gliedert sich in zwei Ebenen, in der oberen Ebene finden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad sowie eine Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon. Auf der unteren Ebene findet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, die Sommerküche sowie der Pool.
Von beiden Etagen hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Auf die Bucht von Roses und man kann tolle Unternehmungen machen. Man ist schnell am Strand, kann jedoch auch in den Naturpark am Cap Norfeu fahren oder Figueres besuchen. Es war herrlich!
