Villa " De Carlonis " is located in Monte San Giusto and is only 12 Km away from the sea. The first city where you can find the sea is Civitanova Marche ( beautiful beach) 10 miunutes by car.
Getting there
Take the A14 motorway, exit at Civitanova Marche and take the SS77 highway to Tolentino - Macerata, exit at Morrovalle and follow the signs for Monte San Giusto. You will find Via Fonte Ancona along the main road, before arriving in the city center. For any difficulty we can come and pick you up

Der freundliche und unkomplizierte Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und so wurden wir dann auch von ihm und seiner Familie herzlich in Empfang genommen. Gastfreundschaft wird hier wirklich sehr gross geschrieben und man spürt, dass diese von Herzen gelebt wird, so was haben wir noch nie erlebt. Leo war auch stets erreichbar und hat uns auch mit praktischen Tipps vor Ort versorgt. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, es entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen und war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und das Meer in 15minütiger Fahrt erreichbar. Was versprochen wird wird auch gehalten. Wir können diese Villa und ihre Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
