Cancellation policy
Your booking will be confirmed when I receive the following:
A signed and dated copy of the contract.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the global amount
The balance is due on the arrival at the house with a refundable damage deposit and options.
If this was to happen, we of course, try to find a satisfactory solution.
But please, do not hesitate to ask us as we can be flexible for the day of arrival, times of arriving and departure and the dates of payment.
During school holidays we only rent full weeks from saturdays to saturdays.

Holiday destination
Aumeville-Lestre is located in the Regional Park des Marais so it is very green and ecologically rich and preserved.
From your house a quiet lane leads to the sea through the marshes. Plenty of walks or cycling to do around with kids or dogs.
4 km from Quinéville : restaurant, biscuiterie with the best cakes ever, sailing school, horse-riding courses, few shops,
kilometers of sandy beaches; close from the Landing beaches, Barfleur, St Vaast La Hougue, only 2 hours from Mont saint Michel.
Getting there
We can be flexible concerning the times of arrival and departures.
Do not forget to take the directions with you as our property doens't show on google or sat nav.
To find us when you arrive from Caen on the RN13, please take the exit Montebourg
In the village, follow the signs towards Quinéville/ Quettehou.
At about 8 km, at the round-about still follow Quettehou.
At about 3 km, turn right towards the sea JUSt before the sign of the village of Aumeville lestre
At about 100 m, turn left at the old blue gate; Follow the lane, the cottage is on the right at the end !

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub, in dem alles gepasst hat:
Das Ferienhaus "La Tisanerie" ist richtig charmant, gemütlich und strahlt eine schöne Stimmung aus. Es ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Es liegt ruhig und abgeschieden, zum Wasser sind es gut 800 Meter, hier kann man wunderschöne, endlose Spaziergänge machen. Zum Baden ist der Strand allerdings eher nicht geeignet.
Die Vermieter, Emanuele und William sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es war alles völlig unkompliziert, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise.
Wir haben so viel gesehen und jeden Tag bei bestem Sommerwetter genossen.

Ein absolut traumhaftes Feriendomizil inmitten der Natur, ruhig und abgeschieden am Ende einer privaten Alle auf einem weitläufigen Grundstück gelegen. Egal, ob die beiden wunderbaren Gärten unter Palmen und hohen alten Bäumen oder das Haus selber: Alles ist liebevoll und charmant eingerichtet. Es fehl an nichts in diesem großzügig und vollständig ausgestattetem Haus mit Flair. Der kurze Weg zum Meer dient als ideale Ausgangsbasis für tolle Radtouren, z. B. nach Utah Beach oder in das grüne Hinterland. Vielen Dank an unsere wundervollen Vermieter Emanuèle und William. Es war fast wie ein Urlaub bei Freunden.

Vielen dank fur lhre sehr freundliche nachricht. Es ist uns eine grosse freude, unsere gaste willkommen zu heissen und dieses kleine stuck paradies mit ihnen zu teilen - besonders da wir in dieser saison das gluck haben, hochsttenperaturen von 25 grad und eine bestandige, angenehme meerresbrise zu geniessen.
