- Until one month before arrival: Cancelation or changing the date without any costs is possible.
- 30 days before arrival: Changing travel date without any costs is possible. The agreed rental fee has to be paid.
- One week or less before arrival: No changes without any costs
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than sixty-one days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 25 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement less than sixty, but more than 31 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 50 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than thirty, the tenant pays the agreed rental fee.

Until the end of May the conditions are ideal for cycling, walking or golf. The fine sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollença, Formentor and the bay of Alcudia are perfect for a swim, kayaking, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or diving.
Holiday destination
The little town has managed to stay away from the island’s mass tourism. I was drawn to its quaintness, the ancient stonework and winding lanes, the Main Square with its little cafés and restaurants. To the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente or Port Pollensa it takes 10 minutes drive by car.
Getting there
Pollença is only around 60 kilometres from the airport. With a Rental car, you can arrive in Pollença around two hours after the flight touches down. No extra charge for late arrivals. You will get directions and will be welcomed at the house.

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem gemütlichen Haus verbracht.
In der ersten Woche wurden wir von unserem Sohn und seiner Lebensgefährtin begleitet und konnten feststellen, dass das kleine Haus auch für vier erwachsene Personen ausreichend Platz bietet, selbst wenn das Wetter wie in unserem Fall leider, für mallorquinische Verhältnisse sehr durchwachsen ist.
Die Lage des Hauses im wohl schönsten Teil von Pollenca, ist großartig.
Wenn wir nicht durch die malerischen Gassen gebummelt sind oder auf der Placa Major sitzend das Treiben beobachtet haben, haben wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse und an dem kleinen Pool verbracht.
Dieses Haus kommt auf jeden Fall auf unsere Liste für potentielle Unterkünfte in Pollenca, denn dass wir wiederkommen steht außer Frage.
