Cancellation policy
Should the tenant cancel the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract on the same terms, the following pro rata rents (excluding cleaning and any laundry package) shall be payable as compensation if no other rental is possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 25% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 35 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Elkes tollem Haus, der riesige umzäunte Garten lud zum toben, Fußballspielen, grillen, lesen, genießen ein. Der Kontakt mit Elke war unglaublich herzlich, wir konnten uns mit allen Anliegen an sie wenden. Die Nähe zum Strand war für uns mit unserem Bollerwagen absolut perfekt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir möchten sehr gerne mal wiederkommen, gar nicht so leicht bei den vielen (verdienten) Buchungen - vielen Dank Elke für deine Herzlichkeit und Hilfe, du machst das Häuschen und den Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem!

Liebe Elke wir haben uns sehr wohl in deinem toll eingerichteten Haus gefühlt.
Alles mit Liebe dekoriert total meinen bzw unseren Geschmack getroffen tolle Lage man ist schnell in Haffkrug aber auch schnell an der seebrücke in scharbeutz.
Leider kann man nur 5 geben sonst würden wir 10 geben wir werden wie gesagt wieder kommen.
