Holiday destination
Situated on the outskirts of Vesio.
Tremosine: the wonderful terraced landscape with 18 small villages above the lake, only 15 minutes away from the lake.
The house is a good starting point for extensive hiking and biking excursions, tennis, water sports, gliding, horse riding, golf, etc.
There are shopping options in the village centre of Vesio, which can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes.
The pool complex of the "Residence la Berna" is available to our guests for a fee and can be reached in a few minutes by foot.
Getting there
Tremosine can be reached from Limone via the hamlet of Tamàs, from Tignale via the "Tignalga" (road that goes uphill) and via the road that branches off from the port on the Gardesana and winds its way up to Pieve.
From a landscape point of view, the area is very varied: the small villages are nestled in small valleys, on peaks, hills or plains surrounded by meadows, olive groves and pine woods.
Motorway A22 Brenner-Modena, exit Trento Nord or Rovereto Sud, direction Riva del Garda. Then to Limone sul Garda. Direction Tremosine to the village of Vesio - Pertica.

Das Ferienhaus liegt leicht abseits zur Straße versetzt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur die Grillen und Zikaden. Schönes großes Grundstück, auch sehr schön für den Hund. Da das Grundstück nicht komplett umzäunt ist (was uns aber nicht störte), haben wir unseren jagdfreudigen Dackel lieber nur an der langen Leine draußen gelassen. ;-)).
Im Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll u. zweckmäßig. Terrasse u. Balkone zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Gastronomie, Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker sind fußläufig bzw. per Rad u. Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Wanderwege beginnen fast direkt vor der Haustüre.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre schön, wenn es an den Balkontüren und Schlafzimmerfenstern Mückenschutzgitter oder ähnliches gäbe.

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Casa Varice verbracht. Das Haus liegt abseits vom Trubel inmitten der wunderschönen Natur von Vesio und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Im Ort gibt es einen gutsortierten Supermarkt, Metzger, Bäcker, eine tolle Eisdiele und mit dem Le Fenice ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Wandergebiet im Bondo-Tal erreicht man fußläufig. Zum See runter ist man in ca. 10
Minuten gefahren. Limone und Riva sind sehenswerte Orte in der näheren Umgebung, aber auch Ausflüge in die anderen Orte sind machbar und lohnenswert.
Frau Meilhaus hat uns vom ersten Kontakt, über die Buchung und auch vor Ort wunderbar betreut.
Wir sagen Danke für einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne mal wieder.
