The following cancellation conditions apply: 20% of the rental price is payable as a deposit for each booking; the remainder, i.e. 80% of the rental price including additional costs, is due 2 months before the start of your stay. In case of cancellation up to 2 months before the start of the booking, 20% of the rental costs will be deducted; thereafter the entire rental price will be deducted; additional costs such as deposit, cleaning, bed linen and tourist tax will of course be refunded.

Holiday destination
The house is situated above the small, picturesque village of Piovere; a small road leads past the house to other houses nearby. Behind it there are mountains, partially forested. Various hiking trails lead to Gardola, Muslone or Gargnano on the lake.
The northern Italian cities worth seeing like Verona, Vicenza, Padua, Mantua, Brescia, Bergamo can be visited by car on a day trip.
Getting there
By car coming from the north via the Brenner motorway; exit Rovereto south; Riva, Limone, continue south, turn right towards Tignale, halfway up turn left towards Piovere.

Wir waren Ende August und Anfang September als Gruppe von drei Familien in der Casa Rosina und sind absolut begeistert!
Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns das Anwesen verzaubert. Das absolute Highlight ist der Außenbereich: Der grandiose Pool sorgt für die perfekte Abkühlung und der große, gepflegte Garten bietet enorm viel Platz. Der Panorama-Blick über den Gardasee ist schlichtweg atemberaubend.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und für drei Familien ideal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Auf einem kurzen Zwischenstopp in diesem unglaublich schönen Haus gestranded. Wir haben sehr getrauert, nur so kurz hier sein zu dürfen. Wir kommen ganz bald wieder mit vielen Nächten. Die Gastgeber sind zauberhaft!
