Lage der Wohnung perfekt. Mehr Ruhe und Strandnähe geht kaum. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, aber Wohnung könnte ein Update vertragen. Zeitgemäße Möblierung wäre schön. Insgesamt wäre diesbzgl. weniger mehr (Wohnzimmer sehr voll gestellt).
