Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be made by e-mail to the proprietor.
Cancellation before arrival:
the deposit is kept by the proprietor. The proprietor will demand the balance of the amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of occupancy.
If the tenant does not arrive within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated in the agreement, the present agreement becomes null and void, and the proprietor may dispose of his accommodations. The deposit is also kept by the proprietor, who will demand payment of the balance of the rental.
If the stay is cut short, the proprietor keeps the full payment of the rental. No refund will be given. We suggest that an insurance for cancellation should be subscribed.
Cancellation by the proprietor: The proprietor refunds to the renter all sums paid, and an indemnity at least equal to what the renter would have paid if the renter had made the cancellation at that date.

Our cottage is the ideal base to visit Alsace, the South Vosges, Belfort, the Black Forest in Germany and nearby Switzerland.
La Maisonnette is located 20 minutes from St. Louis, the airport Mulhouse-Basel, Basel City, 30 minutes from the German border. Oltingue is easily accessible, just 15 minutes from the highway exit (Hésingue / Saint Louis) coming from Mulhouse.
Getting there
Coming on the Highway A35 from Mulhouse take the exit Saint-Louis/Hésingue, turn left direction of Hésingue drive through, continue in the direction of Folgensbourg, drive through Folgensbourg, Bettlach & Saint-Blaise.
Enter in Oltingue, when arriving into the Rue Principale turn left into the first street before the Musée Paysan (White sign "Chapelle Saint-Brice"), on the left side of the street enter in the courtyard on the level of the red gate.
The house of the owner is located on the corner of the "Rue Principale" and the "Rue de Leymen".

Host informationThe renovation of old pieces of furniture and old houses together with my husband, as well as gardening are a passion. Fascinated by creative painting I participate at exhibitions since 1997 and have pleasure in sharing this cultural aspect.

Liebe Frau Aman,
wir waren rundum glücklich in ihrem traumhaften Ferienhaus.
Bei aller bestem Wetter haben wir nicht nur die Umgebung sondern auch den wunderbaren Garten genießen können.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Komplett und liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Alles neuwertig. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Gelände und Garten sehr gepflegt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Spricht fließend Deutsch, für alle, die nicht so gut Französisch können ?.
