Der Laminatboden im Erdgeschoss sieht aus, als wäre er nass gewesen, was einen muffigen Geruch im ganzen Haus verursacht. Einige Geräte wurden laienhaft und ungeschickt in die Küche eingebaut, wodurch die Schranktüren beschädigt und unbrauchbar geworden sind. Leider fehlt eine Dunstabzugshaube, sodass sich Kochgerüche im ganzen Haus ausbreiten. Die Badezimmer sind veraltet und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Luke im hinteren Teil des Wohnzimmers lässt sich nicht schlieÃ_x009f_en. Es gibt keinen Staubsauger im Haus, was angesichts der Nähe zum Strand sehr unpraktisch ist. Sicherlich keine Luxusvilla, wie angepriesen. Und ach ja, der Nachbar feiert oft bis tief in die Nacht.
