The Eifel Oasis is less than four kilometres from the historic old town of Monschau and offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, cycling and sightseeing on the edge of the Eifel National Park (located directly at the Höfen National Park gate). Among other things, the Vennradweg, Eifelsteig, Vogelsang Castle and Monschau mustard museum can all be experienced not far from the Eifel Oasis. The area also impresses with its many reservoirs and wild waters.

Wir waren zu acht, drei Paare, unsere Mutter/Oma und unsere 14-jährige Nichte - für 2 Nächte. Dafür waren die Räume optimal. Unsere Nichte konnte sich zurückziehen und wir anderen haben die Sauna und den HotTub, den Grill und bei schlechtem Wetter das große Ess- und Wohnzimmer genutzt. Auch die vorhandene Playstation hat zum gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Als das Wetter besser wurde, haben wir eine schöne Wanderung nach Monschau gemacht. Alles in allem ein gelungenes Wochenende. Nur ein Punkt hat uns etwas gestört, nämlich die Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das war doch sehr laut, daher bei Umgebung nur 4 Sonnen. Ansonsten alles prima. Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter.

Wir sind eine Gruppe von fünf Pärchen und dies war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Eifel Oase. Das Haus ist für uns mit fünf Schlafräumen ideal und zu dem auch noch sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Außenanlage kann sehr schön genutzt werden. Besonders die Möglichkeit die Sauna und den HotTub zu nutzen (trotz des schlechten Wetters bei unserem Aufenthalt), hat uns gut gefallen. Von der Ferienwohnung aus kann man sehr schöne Wanderungen unternehmen, in die Natur oder auch nach Monschau. Unser Gastgeber Herr Schyra war bei Fragen schnell erreichbar und hatte stets ein offenes Ohr. Die Abwicklung für unseren Aufenthalt im Vorfeld war sehr einfach und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus auch gerne weiter.
