Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
- For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 89th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
- For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
- From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged.
A cancellation incurs a processing fee of 52.00 euros.

On the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife, the main tourist destination "Playa de las Americas" was developed in a flat, approximately 10 km long coastal zone. Until the 1960s, this region was nothing but a desert of sand and stone. Today, the area is dominated by hotels, bungalows, and apartment complexes.
Life on holiday unfolds at several predominantly fine sandy beaches and in countless bars, pubs, and discos with an international crowd. For walkers, there is a continuous promenade, almost 15 km long, that stretches all the way to Los Cristianos. Here, Tenerife is not the island of eternal spring, but the island of eternal summer.
