    Holiday destination
    Casa Valeria is located about 100 meters from the Atlantic Ocean in the former fishing village of Burgau. Enjoy the fantastic view and the sound of the waves right from the house. Burgau has about 1,000 residents and offers everything you need for a peaceful vacation; restaurants, the beach, hiking trails, and shops are all within easy walking distance. Casa Valeria is located on a dead-end street in a row of typical Portuguese houses. The Rota Vicentina hiking trail (also known as the “Fisherman’s Trail” between Lagos and Salema) passes by Casa Valeria and allows you to hike along the cliffs either to Luz and Lagos or on to Salema toward Sagres. We use the trail for morning jogs with stunning views and then treat ourselves to a refreshing swim at the beach.

    About 80 km west of Faro and 10 km west of Lagos in Burgau on the Atlantic sea.

    Es war wieder wunderbar in der Casa Valeria. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen und Burgau ebenso. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

    Tolle Dachterrasse, herrlicher Blick auf den Atlantik, ruhig gelegen in einem noch recht ursprünglichen Dorf. Strand und diverse Restaurants max. 3 Minuten entfernt. Schön, dass auch eine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden war. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
