Any cancellation must be notified by mail to the reservation department. a/ If you have cancellation insurance, please refer to the attached insurance form. b/ You do not have cancellation insurance: for any cancellation due to the client, the reimbursement by the reservation service, with the exception of service charges, is made as follows: Cancellation up to and including the 21st day before the beginning of the stay: the amount of the deposit will be retained and the balance will be reimbursed if it has been cashed in at the date of cancellation. Cancellation between the 20th and the 8th day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. Cancellation between the 7th and 2nd day inclusive before the beginning of the stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay will be retained. The former farmer's house of the Goaz Froment manor has been completely renovated by the owners, a couple of designers. The cottage is located on the grounds of the manor, a Renaissance building built at the end of the 16th century, full of history, the Marquis de Lafayette is said to have stayed there in 1801. The owners offer you a historical tour of the manor during your stay. In the 5.3 ha park of this unique property there are flax mills, moats, a protected wetland, the old quarry of the manor, century-old trees... This estate is part of a bucolic bocage landscape near the chapel of the Seven Saints. 13.8 km from Lannion, 15.7 km from the sea Saint-Michel-en-Grève, 4.6 km from the TGV station Plouaret-Trégor.
