The rental contract is binding, an ordinary termination is excluded. If the hirer does not commence the journey for reasons for which the lessor is not responsible, the following cancellation costs shall be incurred:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental 20% of the rental price plus 12% service charge as cancellation costs;
- Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the total rental charge as cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the total rent as cancellation fee.
