Holiday destination
The Sly Firth town of Kappeln, just 4 km away, has plenty of places to stock up on supplies. There is no shortage of cultural offerings in Kappeln and the wider area. The cathedral city of Schleswig with the old Viking town of Hedeby and Flensburg by the firth offer plenty of enticing excursions. Hiking and cycling—the active holiday options—are firm favourites in our region, and the nearby Baltic Sea is an inviting place to swim and sail.
Getting there
The best way to reach our holiday home is via the Schleswig exit on the A7 and then by taking the 210 in the direction of Süderbrarup.

Dieses Jahr haben wir unseren traditionellen Familienurlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und zwei Hunden im Haus Arrild verbracht.
So ein wunderschönes Haus! Liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail, jedes Zimmer anders.
Einfach alles war sehr großzügig und gemütlich, auch Wohn- und Esszimmer. Und dann die tolle, große Küche!
Ich hab mich besonders in die Bäder verliebt. Die kleinen bunten Fliesen haben es mir angetan. Meine Kinder waren oft in der Sauna.
Und wir hatten über die Tage ein Tischkicker-Turnier.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Arp war schon vorher einfach und angenehm über WhatsApp.
Unsere bis jetzt schönste Unterkunft! Hoffentlich können wir noch einmal wiederkommen.
