Cancellation policy
Unexpected events can always occur. However, it's a pity for everyone if the holiday home Casa Playa y Mar remains vacant while other vacationers would have liked to come. If you are unable to start your booked stay, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation/Termination
- up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 20% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 40% of the rental price
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
- otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins) 100% of the rental price.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

The "German corner" (Carlo's Delicatessen with German food, Strudel Cafe) as well as small bars and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes.
Enjoy the nearby sea for water sports, beach walks or chilling in small beach bars, explore the hinterland with its spectacular views or stroll through the winding streets of the Mediterranean coastal towns.

The holiday home Casa Playa y Mar is located in Els Poblets, adjacent to Dénia, on the Costa Blanca, roughly midway between Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south, both cities with excellent (air) transport connections to Germany.

Host informationWe love the beach and the sea, which is why we looked for a location for our beautiful holiday home in Spain that fulfills all desires: a fantastic Mediterranean climate, walking distance to the beach, a quiet location with good infrastructure (shops, restaurants, doctors), diverse culinary offerings, proximity to Dénia with its castle, port, and old town, hiking in the hinterland, cycling through orange groves, Valencia, boat trips...

Dieses neu renovierte und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus war traumhaft schön. Es fehlte wirklich rein gar nix, was den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht.
Das Haus ist frisch renoviert, sehr sauber, der Pool wird wöchentlich gereinigt, der Gärtner kommt wöchentlich.
Man hat eine Außenküche die man sehr gut nutzen kann. Wir haben uns selten im Haus aufgehalten, außer unser Hund, dem es tagsüber doch ein wenig zu warm war.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und der Hausverwalterin war sehr nett.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Das einzige was schade war, man darf mit dem Hund nicht an den Strand und muß bis nach Denia fahren um den Hund im Meer schwimmen zu lassen .

Wir durften drei wunderbare Wochen als Familie mit 2 Teenagern in der frisch renovierten Villa Playa y Mar verbringen. Da wir bereits zum 4 Mal in dieser Region Urlaub gemacht haben, können wir sagen: Dieses Ferienhaus war das mit Abstand sauberste, gepflegteste und hochwertigste, das wir bisher gebucht haben. Das Haus liegt ruhig, bietet viel Privatsphäre und ein großzügiges, komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Die moderne Ausstattung mit neuer Küche, stilvollen Bädern, Klimaanlagen, schnellem WLAN und elektrischen Rollläden ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit sowie der stets freundliche und zuverlässige Kontakt zu den Eigentümern/Verwalterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
