Holiday destination
The Berghof is located on a riding and cycling route on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Tastrup, right on the outskirts of the beautiful fjord town of Flensburg (4 km to the city centre). Directly opposite is a pony farm where riding lessons or horseback rides can be booked. Your own horse can also be kept if there's room (we speak from our own experience).
Tastrup itself has a beautiful children's playground with football pitch. The "tour around the village" starts directly at the Berghof and makes for a wonderful walk with or without a dog.
The surrounding region with its hills, farm forests and small villages looks like a natural landscape park and is perfect for exploring by bike. The nearest bathing beaches in Solitüde and at the Baltic Sea resort of Flensburg are each 7.5 km away. The Hochfelder Landstrasse shopping centre with supermarkets and chemists is only 1.2 km away.
Getting there
Motorway exit A7 Flensburg - B200 towards Flensburg exit for Kappeln/Glücksburg - B199 exit for Sörup/Satrup - take 2nd exit at 1st roundabout - immediately after the KV turn left for Tastrup ("Hummelroi") - before the Tastruper Krog turn right onto "Zur Ziegelei"

Host informationOur parents' house, the Berghof in Tastrup on the outskirts of the beautiful Baltic Sea town of Flensburg, was transformed by our father from former stables that have been ripe for demolition since 1979 into an absolute paradise. Since we don't live on site (anymore), we decided to offer this gem to nice and appreciative guests and give them the chance to relax. We have taken over and renovated the farm so you too can have a wonderful holiday on the Baltic, and we hope you'll love it so much you'll have to come back!

Wir waren als Freunde/Familie (3 Paare, 1 Säugling, 1 Hund) über den Jahreswechsel 2023 auf 2024 in dieser tollen Unterkunft in Tastrup.
Es hat uns rundum super gefallen!
Für jeden war etwas dabei - von Ruhe und Entspannung inkl. privatem Saunabesuch bis hin zu Entertainment im üppig ausgestatteten Media Zimmer und im riesigen Garten mit Schwimmteich, der auch im Winter zur Abkühlung nach der Sauna ideal war!
Die Gastgeberinnen waren jederzeit per Mail erreichbar und absolut zuvorkommend - man hat sich dadurch direkt wie zuhause gefühlt.
Leider bleiben mir hier nicht genug Zeichen, um alle Highlights zu beschreiben, daher möchte ich noch abschließend erwähnen, dass es sehr sauber war, der Supermarkt nur 5 min entfernt, sogar E-Ladesäulen im Ort verfügbar sind und wir definitiv noch einmal kommen werden!

The home is well furnished and has excellent access to services and facilities in the local area. If anything, the holiday home was larger and more spacious than i imagined, which was a pleasant surprise. Access to the swimming lake and row boat was a particular highlight, paired with the garden croquet set.
The house is perfect for a family holiday and the layout allows private seclusion if needed. The small shopping plaza, about a 15 minute walk, was especially useful for self-catering. Overall, the home is perfect for a family holiday, whether it's just relaxing, visiting Flensburg, or the greater Denmark/ Schleswig-Holstein province.
