This North Sea resort with its three harbors is unique on the North Sea coast.
One of the most beautiful harbors in East Frisia is the museum harbor with its unmistakable charm; with its historic ships, it is the heart of the town. Old houses and tall trees line it on three sides – a picture-perfect harbor!
Getting there
On your arrival day, we look forward to welcoming you to our office in Carolinensiel, Gerhard-Tjarks-Straße 1, during our service hours. There you will receive your holiday documents, the North Sea Service Card, and the keys to your accommodation.
Our service hours are as follows
: April to October: Mon. – Sat. 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sun. and public holidays 9:30
a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. November to March: Mon. – Fri. 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Sundays and public holidays by prior arrangement
. Your holiday accommodation is usually ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. onwards. Should you arrive earlier, please feel free to inquire whether you can check in sooner.
Please understand that arrivals outside of service hours are only possible in exceptional circumstances, provided that the rental payment has been demonstrably received in our account by the arrival date.
Please note: Bed linen and towels (if not booked) must be brought along. Bedding and linen for the travel cot must also be brought along. Booked bed linen will be provided for you; however, making the beds is not included. Dish towels, sponges, and dish soap are not provided. One roll of toilet paper will be provided at the beginning of your stay.
If you have not booked our laundry service or your rental bike but would like to use them, please inform us of your desired additional services no later than four days before your arrival.
