Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich schreibe Ihnen bezüglich der Reservierungsnummer 00026001673-1wbx6tlj, die ich über Ihre Plattform für einen Familienaufenthalt mit 12 Personen vorgenommen habe.
Ich möchte Ihnen meine tiefe Unzufriedenheit mit dem Zustand der Unterkunft bei unserer Ankunft zum Ausdruck bringen, der angesichts des gezahlten Preises völlig inakzeptabel ist.
Die Unterkunft war in der Tat eindeutig vernachlässigt:
Es wurde nicht geputzt (schmutziges Geschirr, schmutzige Oberflächen, stark verschmutzte Fenster).
Die Badezimmer befanden sich in einem erbärmlichen hygienischen Zustand (extrem verschmutzte Toilettenbürsten).
Auch der AuÃ_x009f_enbereich war vernachlässigt (Möbel mit Moos bedeckt, Müll und Flaschen im Garten).
Die Sauna war trotz zweier technischer Reparaturen am Wochenende auÃ_x009f_er Betrieb und unbenutzbar.
Das finnische Bad war ebenfalls unbenutzbar und glich abgestandenem Wasser.
Diese Umstände machten unseren Aufenthalt unerträglich. Die meisten Teilnehmer reisten am Samstagnachmittag ab, sodass wir unser geplantes Wochenende für 12 Personen vorzeitig beenden mussten.
Ich finde es inakzeptabel, dass ich Folgendes bezahlt habe:
1.445,61 â_x0082_¬ für die Miete, inklusive 300 â_x0082_¬ für Reinigungskosten, die nie bezahlt wurden
1.000 â_x0082_¬ Kaution, die noch immer aussteht
Ich besitze zahlreiche Fotos und Videos von unserer Ankunft und Abreise, die den Zustand der Unterkunft belegen.
