Kamilari is located in south Crete, very close to Tymbaki, Mires and the seaside villages of Kalamaki and Matala.
Kamilari is a few kilometres away from the Phaistos archaeological site and is the ideal base from which to explore the lovely plain of Messara, with its traditional villages, rich history and, of course, its beautiful bay and beaches on the south coast of Crete.
Getting there
Most guests come directly to the accommodation by rental car. Driving time from Heraklion Airport is less than an hour.

Host informationWe discovered the south of Crete about 10 years ago and have come back at least once a year since then. Kamilari has inspired us since day 1 and it has led to us buying and completely refurbishing a beautiful old building. We now want to rent out this house when my wife, our two sons and myself are not there. You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions or need of recommendations.
