Nachteile: Für eine Gruppe von 13 Personen ist das Haus nicht geeignet, da der Gemeinschaftsraum zum gemeinsamen Essen zu klein ist. Die Küche im Obergeschoss ist renovierungsbedürftig; der Geschirrspüler war defekt, die Fronten fielen ständig ab. Sehr kleines Spülbecken.
