Das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung waren fantastisch; es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten, aber nichts Beunruhigendes. Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht. Was uns jedoch wirklich fehlte, war eine gute Erklärung der Bedienung, zum Beispiel zum Einschalten der FuÃ_x009f_bodenheizung im Badezimmer. Der entsprechende Knopf war so versteckt, dass ein Techniker extra danach suchen musste. Er befand sich schlieÃ_x009f_lich irgendwo im Wohnzimmer hinter einem kleinen Tisch. Für den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Fernbedienung.
Ein A4-Blatt mit klaren Anweisungen, z. B. zur Handhabung des Schlüsselsafes, zur Funktionsweise des Whirlpools und zum Einschalten der Heizung, lag bei der Ankunft bei. In der Dokumentations-E-Mail stand, dass der Schlüsselsafe 24 Stunden nach Ankunft um 15:00 Uhr verfügbar ist. Der Techniker sagte uns jedoch, dass der Safe die ganze Woche genutzt werden kann. Der Schlüssel muss tagsüber beim Verlassen des Hauses eingeworfen werden (wir hatten uns schon gewundert, warum es nur einen Schlüssel für sechs Personen gab), und zwar auch für den Techniker, wenn man nicht da ist. Das steht nirgendwo. Der Whirlpool war herrlich, aber beim Ablassen des Wassers trat Wasser darunter aus. Wie es funktioniert, ist nirgends zu finden. Das alles auf einem A4-Blatt bedeutet, dass man das Rad nicht neu erfinden muss. Es ist alles nichts Besonderes, aber ich wollte es trotzdem erwähnen.
