In the event that the applicant is forced to cancel the reservation must give notice at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the stay. Otherwise, should ABC Agency fail to rent the apartment to others, the applicant is also required to pay the remaining amount as the balance of the rent agreed upon.
If the client decides to return the apartment earlier the apartment than the end date agreed upon in the rental agreement lease, ABC Agency will not return the rent and fees already paid.
