Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges a compensation fee, which is 30% of the total rental amount up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date and thereafter 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot manages to rent the property during the period you initially booked after receiving the cancellation notice, the compensation fee in the latter case will be reduced to 50%. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance if desired.
