1. Lage der Unterkunft â_x0080__x0093_ irreführende Angaben
Weder im Buchungsprozess noch in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft wurde erwähnt, dass sich das Objekt in unmittelbarer Nähe eines Militärgeländes befindet. Statt der Ruhe und des Charmes der Provence fanden sich unsere Gäste in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Kadettenschule und eines Militärkrankenhauses wieder, was die Atmosphäre der Umgebung äuÃ_x009f_erst unangenehm machte und absolut nicht dem entspricht, was man von einem Urlaub in der Provence erwartet. Dies stellt eine gravierende Form unvollständiger und irreführender Information dar.
2. Zustand der Unterkunft â_x0080__x0093_ technische und hygienische Mängel
Bei Ankunft und während des Aufenthalts wurden zahlreiche Mängel im Haus festgestellt, darunter:
â_x0080_¢ Zwei der Kochplatten funktionierten nicht, was das Kochen für eine Familie erheblich erschwerte.
â_x0080_¢ Die Töpfe und Pfannen standen unordentlich und in unhygienischem Zustand neben dem Mülleimer.
â_x0080_¢ Ein Teil des Kochgeschirrs war unbrauchbar, darunter Pfannen mit einer vollständig beschädigten Teflonbeschichtung (siehe beigefügte Fotos). Der sogenannte â_x0080__x009e_elektrische Grillâ_x0080__x009c_ entpuppte sich als billiges, minderwertiges Gerät, vergleichbar mit einem Modell aus einem Discounter wie Action. Er erfüllt in keiner Weise die Erwartungen, die man an eine Grillmöglichkeit in einer Luxusunterkunft hat.
