Cancellations: 20% of the rental cost will be charged from the day the booking has been confirmed, from 3 weeks before the day of arrival 60% of the full rental costs will be charged, 1 day before the arrival the charge will be 80% of the full rental costs.

Neukirchen is a small village directly by the coast of the Flensburger Förde with natural beaches, surrounded bei meadows, fields, small woods and moorland within the soft rolling hills of Angeln's landscape. It is located ca 30km from Flensburg and 20km from the open baltic.
