Barendorf is a small town at the end of a dead end road in the Bay of Lübeck. It is therefore fairly quiet. It is only 800 m from the practically untouched sandy beach. Travemünde, Lübeck, and Wismar with numerous sightseeing and shopping opportunities can be reached in only 20–40 minutes. Pure nature. It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Hamburg. Getting there
By car:
Coming from the south and west to Hamburg, before you reach Lübeck on the A20, take the Schönberg and then continue for about 15 km on the B-road.
Coming from the east via A20, take the Grevesmühlen and then continue for about another 20 km on the B-road.
Coming from the north via Travemünde, take the Priwall ferry and then continue another 10 km
Travelling by train:
Take the train to Lübeck and then continue by bus or take the train to Travemünde and then continue by taxi or bicycle

Host informationWe fell in love with the area over 20 years ago and were able to build this house. Peace and quiet, space for children, and beach with breath-taking views were the main motives. Our enthusiasm has not diminished and has been passed on to our children, who are now grown up. We live centrally in bustling Frankfurt, so the peace and quiet in Barendorf allows us to recharge our batteries.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern da und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist schön ruhig - perfekt zum Abschalten. Zwar keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort, aber im Nachbarort ist alles schnell erreichbar.
Der Strand ist ein echtes Highlight: feiner Sand, nicht überlaufen und einfach traumhaft. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu entspannten Spaziergängen ein.
Fazit: Wer eine entspannte Auszeit in eines wundervollen Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier goldrichtig!
