Bathing in a thermal spring nearby, wine tasting, various local cultural events every weekend in summer and more often during the year, mini zoo, hiking trails etc. We also live very close and have a farm with sheep and cows and every guest is welcome to meet our animals if they are interested. :)
Holiday destination

Host informationIn the middle of the gently rolling hills of Slovenia, Janez has created a true gem - a traditional vineyard house that has been in his family since 1868. Here, on this lovingly renovated estate, you can feel the legacy of generations: For over 150 years, his parents, grandparents and great-grandparents have grown and stored wine within these walls. Janez has continued this legacy with dedication and attention to detail and brought the old house back to life. He put his time, energy and heart and soul into the renovation for over ten years, adding his personal touch to every stone and every beam.
Janez works full-time in production at TEM Čatež. But his work doesn't stop after the end of his TEM working hours and at weekends. He lives on a small farm with his loving wife Marjeta, their two children Nina, and Kristjan, and now also Kristjan's wife Maja and their lovely grandchildren David and Sara. Kann nur sagen unser Urlaub im Zerko Holiday Home war von der Anreise bis zur Abreise Perfekt. Alleine der nette Empfang und die gute kalte Platte als Gastgeschenk war köstlich auch jeden Tag das dazu gebuchte Frühstück war ein Traum und alles sehr gut und Mega viel.
Uns wurden auch super Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Ich kann nur sagen wer seine Ruhe will und ein nettes häuschen sucht is da genau richtig kommen sicher wieder. Kann es nur von Herzen weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein Traum .... besser kann man es nicht beschreiben. Die Vermieter, besonders Nina, sind einfach nur toll und wahnsinnig darum bemüht, dass man einen perfekten Urlaub verbringen kann. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, toll aufgeteilt und die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Eigentlich wollten wir nur 1 Woche ausspannen, doch Nina hat uns so viele tolle Vorschläge gemacht, was man in der Umgebung tun kann, dass wir doch einiges unternommen haben. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch, wir kommen garantiert wieder
