The house is located in La Croix Valmer, in a purely residential area with an absolutely quiet location, away from through traffic.
The house with its own pool is situated below Villa Ranke on a plot of over 5000 square meters with old trees, including cork oaks and strawberry trees. From the house, you have a very beautiful sea view of Cap Lardier.
The pool is also heated from mid-April to the end of October.
Although the house is in a quiet location, you are within 5-15 minutes in Cavalaire, St. Tropez, Grimaud, or Ramatuelle.

In November waren wir zusammen mit unsere Hund Bohdi in Cap Lardier, wegen den Wohnung, Ausstattung und Betreuung nur Laub an Familien Ranke, super Wohnung, super Lage, super Ausstattung, super Sauber, alles klappt hier einfach, deswegen schon wieder gebucht für 2018 und 2019, mit diese Wohnung fühlt es wie wieder zuhause kommen, liebe Grüßen an Klaus und Sabine Ranke aus den Niederlanden, Ruud und Josta van Hoof
