It is generally possible to cancel your booking for the holiday property for a reasonable fee. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 14 days after booking (bookings made more than 30 days before arrival): free of charge.
Up to 28 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price.
Less than 28 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price.
The guest has no general, free, statutory right of termination or cancellation regarding the concluded rental agreement. Illness, personal/professional reasons, or, for example, car breakdowns do not release the guest from paying the agreed rental price. In the event of cancellation of the booked holiday accommodation, the claim for payment of the agreed rental price remains valid. The cancellation notice must be submitted to the landlord in writing.
Tourist tax for adults (14 years and older): High season €3.50, low season €1.80. Tourist tax for children under 14: free.
Changing the sheets on the beds separately (upper and lower bedrooms) = €5
When booking towels as an extra, one bath towel and one hand towel per person are provided.
Additional costs from the 3rd guest onwards: €10 per night
