Ich hatte angegeben, dass ich ein Fahrrad mitbringen würde. Mir war bewusst, dass es keinen Abstellraum gab und ich es auf dem Balkon lassen musste, aber mir wurde nicht gesagt, dass sich die Wohnung im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug befand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher fehlten, daher musste ich zur Rezeption zurückgehen (mit dem Risiko, sie geschlossen vorzufinden) und darauf bestehen, dass diese bereits im Preis inbegriffen und nicht extra zu bezahlen waren. In der Wohnung fehlten Reinigungsmittel für Geschirr, Küche und Bad (im Bad gab es nicht einmal etwas Handseife). Nachdem ich dies gemeldet hatte, erhielt ich ein kleines Set mit einem Spülschwamm, einem Einzelportionsbeutel für Geschirrspülmittel, einem Spülmaschinentab, einem Einzelportionsbeutel Oberflächenreiniger, einem Müllbeutel und einem Putztuch (unzureichend für den Aufenthalt und die Endreinigung). Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption von Vacanceole de Doucy waren jedoch freundlich und hilfsbereit; die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Wäscheleine auf dem Balkon; es gibt nur ein paar kleine Haken zum Aufhängen von Wäsche über der Badewanne.
