Als wir sonntags um 16:30 Uhr ankamen, war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt worden. Müllsäcke standen in der Küche, der Staubsauger war nicht benutzt worden, und die Betten waren noch nicht einmal von den vorherigen Gästen abgezogen. Wir waren schockiert. Wir mussten uns daraufhin ein Hotelzimmer für die Nacht suchen (ohne jegliche Unterstützung), für das wir nur etwa ein Drittel des gezahlten Betrags erstattet bekamen. Sehr enttäuschend.
