Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern: ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Grün. Was jedoch nicht deutlich erwähnt wird, ist, dass das dritte Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer komplett vom Rest des Hauses getrennt sind. Es handelt sich im Grunde um ein Studio-Apartment, das nur von außen zugänglich ist, sich eine Etage tiefer befindet und keine Klimaanlage hat. Zudem ist das Badezimmer dort sehr klein und einfach ausgestattet. Die anderen Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind in Ordnung und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern empfand ich diese Raumaufteilung jedoch als unpraktisch. Der beworbene „kurze Spaziergang“ ins Zentrum von Flayosc dauert über 45 Minuten auf einer Straße mit einer Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung von 80 km/h, was ebenfalls etwas von der Darstellung abweicht.
