Cancellation policy

If the tenant terminates the contract early without naming a replacement tenant who fulfills this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation. Cancellation before the start of the rental period: - up to 49 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price - later than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price At the same time, the landlord will also make efforts to find a replacement tenant. The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the time at which the notice of termination is received by the landlord. If the tenant ends the stay early, the full rental price must be paid.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im wunderschönen "Fachwerkhaus im Nirgendwo" sehr genossen! Das Haus ist stilvoll, liebevoll und unglaublich gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders toll war das riesige, komplett umzäunte und wirklich schön angelegte Grundstück, das für uns und besonders auch für unseren Hund perfekt war. Die schöne kleine Sauna, die absolute Ruhe und die herrliche Landschaft haben uns wunderbar dabei geholfen, vom stressigen Stadtleben abzuschalten und richtig runterzukommen. Wenig Menschen, viel Natur und einfach ganz viel Ruhe. Dazu noch sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter... wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Grundstück, viel Platz, viel Ruhe, super Ausstattung. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Perfekter Ort zur Erholung, wunderbar auch die direkte Nähe zum Wald. Für uns Hundebesitzer ideal. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben gute Tipps für Erkundungen in der Nähe. Wallbox für das E-Auto ist eine sehr vernünftige Ergänzung, top! Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur empfehlenswert!!!
